Let's be honest, a lot of men are bad at taking pills. The bottle sits on the counter, you forget for three days, and that's the end of it. A gummy is a different story. Alpha Surge is a chewable men's supplement you take once a day, and it's made for stamina, drive and healthy blood flow.
Thirty gummies per bottle, one per day. The kind of routine you can actually keep.
Seven ingredients, all printed
I was glad to see the full supplement facts panel right on the sales page. Each gummy contains:
Tongkat ali (Eurycoma longifolia) extract: 200 mg
Maca root extract: 100 mg
Ashwagandha extract: 100 mg
Horny goat weed (Epimedium) extract: 100 mg
L-arginine HCl: 50 mg
Beet root extract: 50 mg
Grape seed extract: 50 mg
Each gummy has 6 calories and 1.5 g of sugar, made with cane sugar, pectin and natural flavors and colors.
Tongkat ali takes the lead
Tongkat ali is the star, and at 200 mg it's the biggest single ingredient here. This Southeast Asian root has a long history in Malaysia and Indonesia as a men's tonic, and it's become one of the most popular herbs for male vitality and libido. Several small studies on men's wellbeing have used amounts in the 200 to 400 mg range, so the dose is right where you'd want a daily gummy to start.
Maca, from the Peruvian Andes, is a root people take for energy and stamina. Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic adaptogen known for helping the body handle stress, and stress is no friend of a healthy sex drive. Horny goat weed is a classic in traditional Chinese medicine and the source of a compound called icariin.
The last three, arginine, beet root and grape seed, are there for circulation. Arginine and beet nitrates both feed nitric oxide production, and grape seed is a well known antioxidant extract.
How the company describes the results
The sales page describes a three stage results timeline and an inflammation claim with no support on the page, so I'd treat that part as marketing.
Price per bottle
Our links go to the ClickBank order page on the official site:
Two bottles: $158 ($79 each), plus shipping
Three bottles: $207 ($69 each), free US shipping
Six bottles: $294 ($49 each), free US shipping
Before you click buy, just glance at the quantity and total on the checkout screen so you know exactly which bundle you've picked.
The guarantee is 90 days, which I think is a nice touch. Most products in this space give you 60. Three months is enough time to finish a bundle and decide for yourself, and refunds are minus shipping.
The label says it's for adults 18 and over, and like any men's herbal formula, it's smart to check with your doctor first if you take blood pressure medicine, prescription erection drugs or thyroid medication, or have a prostate or hormone related condition. Ashwagandha has rare reports of liver injury, and if erections have become unreliable, a checkup is worth more than any gummy. Why a gummy works here
I think Alpha Surge gets the format right.
It's the simplest version of a men's supplement routine I can think of. You keep the bottle by the coffee maker or in the car, you chew one, done. No glass of water, no big capsule to swallow. And since the label is fully printed, you know what you're getting each day.
For men who've tried capsules and kept forgetting them, that convenience counts for a lot. Pair it with regular exercise, good sleep and a decent diet, and you're giving your energy every advantage.
Reading the rest of the label: maca at 100 mg and ashwagandha at 100 mg are light next to study amounts (1.5 to 3 g and 300 to 600 mg), and arginine and beet root are far below the gram level amounts used in research, so don't expect a meaningful nitric oxide effect from them.
If a daily tongkat ali gummy with a 90 day safety net sounds good to you, you can grab a bundle on the official Alpha Surge site.
