A prostate supplement with a clear label, real milligram amounts and two of the best known prostate herbs at sensible doses. That's TC24 in one sentence, and it's why this one stood out to me.
The name stands for Total Control 24. It's made by Adem Naturals in Tallmadge, Ohio. Each bottle holds 60 capsules, which works out to 30 days at two capsules a day.
What's on the label
Reading the label image the company posts, each two capsule serving gives you roughly:
Pine pollen extract, 500 mg
Saw palmetto extract, 300 mg
Pygeum africanum bark extract, 200 mg (standardized to 3% phytosterols)
Jaboticaba (Myrciaria jaboticaba) skin extract, 100 mg (standardized to 25% polyphenols)
Tocopheryl nicotinate, 60 mg, plus vitamin E at 25 mg
Vitamin B6, about 13 mg
Neem leaf powder, 50 mg
Boron (as an amino acid chelate), 10 mg
No single combined blend, no stimulants, and a cellulose capsule.
Why these ingredients
Saw palmetto at 300 mg is right around the 320 mg amount most saw palmetto research uses. Trial results for saw palmetto have been mixed, but at least this is the studied amount. Trial results for saw palmetto have been mixed, but at least this is the studied amount. Trial results for saw palmetto have been mixed, but at least this is the studied amount. Pygeum, from the bark of an African cherry tree, has been used for men's urinary health for decades, and 200 mg sits within the range typically taken. Having both at proper amounts in one capsule is the core of this formula, and honestly, it's what I'd look for first.
The rest adds some interesting extras. Pine pollen is a traditional ingredient the company includes for "healthy testosterone balance." Jaboticaba is a Brazilian fruit with deep purple skin that's rich in polyphenols. Neem is a classic herb from Indian tradition. Boron is a trace mineral that shows up in men's formulas, and B6 and vitamin E round things out.
The company also mentions Lipophytol, its branded extract, on the sales page.
The company's promise
The company describes TC24 as all day support for prostate size and healthy urinary flow, designed to help men sleep through the night with fewer bathroom trips. The FAQ recommends two capsules a day, preferably in the morning, with water or your favorite drink. The company says TC24 is made in a GMP certified facility.
That morning timing is handy. You take it with breakfast and you're done for the day, no second dose to remember at night.

My take
Of the prostate formulas I've read about recently, TC24 has one of the most sensible labels. Saw palmetto and pygeum at proper amounts, every ingredient listed with its dose, and nothing you don't need. For a man with mild nighttime urinary symptoms who wants a straightforward daily supplement, it's an easy one to like. Give it a couple of months of steady use, ideally at the same time each morning, and see how your nights go.
A friendly bit of good practice: if you take finasteride, blood thinners or hormone therapy, check with your doctor before adding saw palmetto or boron. Boron at about 10 mg is half the adult upper limit, so count any other sources. And please don't skip the doctor's visit if urinary symptoms are new: they overlap with bladder problems, infections, diabetes and prostate cancer, and only an exam and tests can sort them out.
You can see the current bundles on the official TC24 page.
