Gluconite wants to fix blood sugar while you sleep, but won't say what's in it

Gluconite is a nighttime drink powder sold for blood sugar, metabolism and deeper sleep. The sales page lists no ingredients and no doses, only a long reference list that hints at what might be inside.

The idea behind Gluconite is easy to like. Poor sleep and blood sugar problems are connected, and plenty of research shows that short or broken sleep makes glucose control worse the next day. So the company sells a powder you take at night, promising to support healthy blood sugar, insulin and metabolism "as you sleep deeply." It calls this the only formula in the world that does both.

The trouble is what the page leaves out.

Where is the ingredient list?

We went through the full sales page looking for a supplement facts panel, an ingredient list, or even a list of named herbs. There isn't one. The page describes benefits in general terms, such as deeper sleep, falling asleep faster, fewer cravings and better metabolism, but never says which ingredients are supposed to do those things or how much of them you get.

The only clue is a separate references page. It cites studies on melatonin, 5-HTP, magnesium, vinegar, curcumin, astragalus and ginseng, probiotics and fiber, alongside general papers on sleep, obesity and leptin. That suggests what may be in the tub, but the sales page never confirms any of it. For a product aimed at people who may be managing blood sugar, that gap matters. If it does contain melatonin or 5-HTP, for example, those can interact with medications and affect how you feel the next morning.

What you can see

The product photo shows a tub labeled "Extra Strength, Metabolism and Sleep Support" with a net weight of 2.91 oz, or 82.5 g. Sold as a 30-day supply, that is under 3 g of powder per night, which is a small serving for a product claiming to cover sleep, blood sugar, insulin and metabolism at once.

The company says it is made in an FDA-registered facility that follows GMP guidelines, and that ingredients are tested for purity and potency. Those are standard claims, and without a label they are hard to put in context.

How it is sold

The FAQ leans hard on reassurance, saying the powder "can change your life. That's how powerful it is." It says results may come within days or take a month or two, and that ingredients are "scientifically proven to have their greatest effect after 90 days or more," which nudges buyers toward larger bundles. There is also a warning that stock is selling out and prices may rise "as soon as tomorrow."

Price and guarantee

  • One tub: $69 plus a small shipping fee

  • Three tubs: $177 ($59 each)

  • Six tubs: $294 ($49 each) with free shipping

The page shows crossed-out totals of $297, $891 and $1,782, which are anchors rather than real former prices. All options are described as one-time charges with no rebilling. Orders ship in 2 to 3 days and arrive in about 5 to 7 days in the US. The 180-day satisfaction guarantee is generous, and ClickBank processes the payment.

Our view

We cannot recommend a blood sugar product whose ingredients are not shown on its own sales page. You might find the label printed on the tub after it arrives, but you should be able to read it before you pay. If you want to try Gluconite, start with one tub, read the label as soon as it arrives, and use the 180-day guarantee if anything on it surprises you.

Better first steps for blood sugar are well known and cheaper: a consistent sleep schedule, regular movement after meals, more fiber and protein, and an A1C test so you know where you stand. If you take diabetes medication, insulin, sedatives or antidepressants, talk to your doctor before adding any nighttime supplement, because both blood sugar and sleep products can interact with those drugs. Current pricing is on the official Gluconite page.
