I like how clearly each ingredient maps to a real fasting challenge. Caralluma and cayenne for hunger. Gymnema and salacia for those sugar cravings that hit on day two. Eleuthero for the afternoon slump. Griffonia for the irritability that can creep in when you haven't eaten.
